This joint report by Universities UK, GuildHE and the Higher Education Funding Council for England sets out how to improve the accessibility and usefulness of information about higher education. It includes requirements for the information that universities and colleges should publish about their HE courses and states that by September 2012 all universities should publish a Key Information Set (KIS) for each undergraduate course they offer. All of these requirements are based on extensive research and consultation with prospective and current students, universities, colleges and other interested parties.
