- Bookings must be made on or before the closing date for the relevant conference as indicated in the conference information. Only application forms with the payments section properly completed will be processed.
- Universities UK reserves the right to make changes to the published programme of a conference in the event of one or more of the advertised speakers being unable to attend.
- The booking form constitutes a legally binding agreement. All prices are payable in pounds sterling and payments must be received in full prior to the event. VAT is not payable on the prices quoted.
- Fees include attendance, available conference papers, lunch and refreshments. Shared places are not permitted.
- If you have not received confirmation of your place at least one week before the event please contact us on 0207 419 5412 to ensure that your booking has been received.
- Cancellations must be received in writing by the specified deadline for each conference to qualify for a refund. All cancellations made after the date will be liable for the full delegate fee however substitute delegates will be accepted at no extra charge.
- Non arrivals will be liable for the full fee.
- Universities UK shall be entitled to cancel your reservation or booking and /or any event where it needs to do so due to circumstances outside its control (including but not limited to the situation where sufficient numbers have not booked for the event). It will have no liability for costs or expenses you may incur due to such cancellation but it will refund your payment or offer you an alternative event if one is available. You can choose whether to accept the refund or attend the alternative event.
